The thick, white vapor or smoke that builds up inside a bong, dab rig, or other smoking device before inhalation. When someone “milks” a bong, they are drawing in the smoke or vapor slowly, allowing it to accumulate and become dense and cloudy, resembling milk in appearance. Once the bong or rig is filled with this dense smoke, it is then inhaled.
