A soilless growing method in which plants’ roots are suspended in the air and periodically misted with a nutrient-rich water solution. This more advanced version of hydroponics first developed by NASA, allows roots to be fully exposed to oxygen while absorbing nutrients directly from the mist. This high level of oxygenation promotes rapid growth, strong root development, and efficient nutrient uptake.
