The varin homolog of CBN with a 3-carbon side chain rather than the standard 5-carbon chain. It is formed through the degradation of THCV rather than THCa, making it quite rare as a degradation product of an already rare cannabinoid. With its obscurity, research is essentially nonexistent. It is believed to potentially share some of CBNs properties but there is currently no evidence to support those claims. Abbreviated CBV.
